Yes she has, she admitted it after she lied saying “I’m still developing”.
So what If she had one anyone?
No she hasn’t. She’s NEVER admitted to having one, she has put on weight since been on the XFactor and obviously worked to tone up while keeping her curves. Beyonce has an extremely thin waist but a beautiful curvy figure, and her boobs are HUGE compared to when she was skinnier.
